My understanding is that it has a carbon fiber body with lots of goodies and will sell under $100,000. Only SPF will have an all carbon fiber body car with so much stuff for under $100,000.

I saw the recent photos on Second Strike and they look magnificent. If this car is anything like the Cobra 427 it should be worth a lot more than $100,000.

Superformance Coupe
I just downloaded pics of the SPF coupe taken in South Africa a few days ago....the only word is MAGNIFICENT !! The finished product ( production version ) is MORE impressive than the prototype . The finishing of the interior and exterior is AWSOME !!

I understand the price will be approx. $63,000 including an A/C unit and 18" magnesium wheels.

The EXCELLENT attention to detail on the interior....dashboard configuration of guages..switches ....gear shift...brake lever etc is a tribute !!! The ship from South Africa can not get here fast enough !!

I also was told that the car is priced in the mid 60"s.
When you add the engine and the rest you are looking at 80-90k. A MkIII at half the price is a deal.

They might as well put them on those 52 footer speed boats to get them here fast enough, as this first entry into the U.S. could have sold about 50 times over already. If you see some cigarette boats pulling into boston harbor... with stripes down the middle and a weary crew... you'll know where they came from. lol. As a matter of fact the rest are on their way right now. Clean out your garages and make room, gentlemen.
