That's what I figured, but it's got me totally stumped why the fix is unnecessary for some.

Brent, I don't know but the new hosting guru may have an Indian accent ;-) I hear they work for free too! No worries though. I've seen EDS do worse to American Airlines........ but again we don't have your budget!

Yes, Ron, but so are many others who report no problems. We went through this on the last go-around, with 90% chiming in and saying they ran both, and still had the icon showing. I changed level of protection settings, I turned it off, etc., etc. to no avail.

P.S. When the server crashed, the problem that was fixed awhile back for maybe %10 or so of users went away too. It just took Brent a few days to reapply it.
I've never understood why someone running a similar config. to the 90% would have a problem, and CW didn't explain it to me, because he knew I wouldn't comprehend it. |
