I have some old glasses that you can use to read the last line of the original post which says .... "and ask the bill go to the House for vote". That sounds positive to me ... I already contacted my reps about a month ago asking for the bill to pass ....

Unless your going to school, the Commonwealth of Taxxachusetts is NOT a good place to move to unless you are unemployed and like welfare. Housing costs and taxes are tremendously high ... plus we have the Bobsy Twins - Kerry and Kennedy.

Le batard was once registered in Mass. The DMV there was helpful. Other states have an unfortunate tendency to destroy title records ASAP.

A similar bill died a forgotten death in CT last year. If you live in MA it is VERY important you voice your support to the representatives.

I just called all 3 numbers and spoke with 3 asisstants to the Reps. They were nice and the whole process took me less than 5 minutes. So all you brethren from MA, please make the calls.

Frankly, I am astounded that a liberal-ass state like MA would even consider such liberal legislation!!! I wish all the states would adopt this one.
