Maurice,
As per the last breakfast meeting and our conversation about getting the Cobra out in the winter to help clear out the cobwebs in the head, maybe you could go treat your self to a Sony Playstation and pick up a copy of Grand Turismo 4 and take that Cobra for a spin around the track every once in a while. :D

Nice Shelby, Duane

Thud, thanks for asking, my mom passed away Dec 30 after having a massive stroke. Just a little sad dealing with everything.

Thank goodness for some sunshine and my Cobra she loved.

Maurice

Good things do happen to good people, sometimes.

Thanks for sharing the story - and here's to hoping the Cobra runs like a top for the next bunch of years!

Don,
You are soaked with determination and drive.
Like most of us in our lives there is one thing that is a constant:
NEVER GIVE UP!
NEVER GIVE UP!
NEVER, NEVER GIVE UP!
EVER.

PeteK,
How do you like you Classic Roadster? I bought mine a couple of years ago from a friend of mine that bought it from CRL in the early 90's. He put just over 8,000 miles on it and he had someone take it apart to make a strictly race car out of it. That never happend and it sat for 6 years before I bought it. I just bought a 351W for it from Don Scott at CRII (the new Classic Roadsters II) and I am now putting it back together. It was completly taken apart (every nut and bolt). Changed to tubular upper and lower control arms and coil overs all around. Hope to have it together this winter then maybe I can go to breakfast and on some runs with you all.
Have a good 2007
Terry

What a great story. It's nice to hear about the little guy wining once in a while. Maybe this is his turning point and the little black cloud that has been raining on him has gone. Best of luck to Don.
