how to join NWCC?

I'm new to Club Cobra and noted with glee that there is a local club!!!!! I live in Snohomish and am starting my research for the purchase and building of a Cobra in the next couple years. Still cannot decide between big and small block, either. Please email me with how to join your club as would be most interested in joining and "picking" brains.

David,

Great to have another Cobra nut in the NW. I still don't have my car yet, but am working on an FFR. As far as joining the NWCC, well, you just did join. As far as I know, they is no formal club in the NW, just watch this board and see when people are getting together and your there. Its that easy.

Hope to see ya around sometime.

Carman

Thanks

Hey Carman,

Thanks for the tip! Will definitely keep an eye on this board from now on. When are you looking to have your FFR? What "state of completion" are you getting it? Would be interested in hooking up as FFR is on my list of "possible suspects".

I got a donor pallet ('89 Saleen) and I am cleaning and prepping the parts when I can. We are buying a house this week, so now I will have a shop to work in. I hope to order the kit next year and build during the winter. There are a few FFR's around, ask here and you will get offers to go look at cars (all makes) in the area. I've seen some nice ones and been in not enough of them.

Hey Carman,

Thanks for the advice! '89 Saleen sounds like a pretty hot donor car!!!! Should be quite a ride. I'll check back with you later and check around as you suggested.

Dave,

Do yourself a favor and check out Antique and Collectibles web site at www.acautos.com. Then go to www.priveye.com/cobra.htm to see Roscoes build.

A&C is a great car. I think the glass work is some of the best around and the kit is priced very competively and easy to put together. The car comes Gel Coated which will save you Three to Four thousand bucks in the build.

Hey Bish,

Thanks for the info, I will definitely check those sites out!

New here too

I am new to the NWCC, and Club Cobra. My name is Steven Robbins, I live in lacey, WA, and I have a West Coast cobra on order, delivery slated for April 2002, it is a turnkey, finished car, with all the goodies. West Coast cars cars are bigger, beefier, safer than the original styles, but require a large powerful motor due to the extra weight, if you want real performance. Feel free to ask me why I am buying this manufacture, I will be happy to give up why and what. Here is the West Coast cobra website, so you can see what they are all about. Hope you find the car of your dreams too!

West Coast

Steve,

Your enthusiasm for West Coast makes you sound a little bit like a dealer for them.:)

I hope your car get here "on time", I look forward to seeing one of those beasts in the flesh.

Bish
