Speedo Light out

(This was perviously posted over on the Superformance board, wondering if the NW guys have any experience finding the light and repacing it)

I've finally gotten around to deciding to replace the speedometer light that's been out since I bought SPO2089 a few years back. I managed to squeeze under the dash, (that is put my fat head between the drop down panel and the braces) and, surprise!.... there is zero room much less get my hands in there to find the freaking bulb . Any suggestions on how to change out the light without having to take the whole car apart?

If I remember correctly, the speedo is held in place with a couple knurled nuts (You should be able to fill them once you stick your hand back behind the speedo). Just spin those off and the speedo will pull forward out of the dash. Then you will have room to work and see what is going on. Hope that works.

Jake
