New local kit manufacturer
A new manufacturer from Salem was showing thier Cobra Kits at the Portland Swap Meet this weekend, C&G Automotive, Inc will be the distributer. It is a "donor" concept with a round tube frame, for a very reasonable price.
Looks like I may be building one soon! Scott S**) |
I got to take a closer look at the Pacific Cobra kit, it is based on a donor concept using 5.0 front and rear componets. It comes with a round tube frame, doors, hood, and trunk hinged and front upper control arm brackets. It is a 90" wheelbase tub style body with a very roomy cockpit. The glass seems to be okay, I hope to see one blocked out soon.
The Portland Swapmeet show special was $6500, I think it is slightly more now. Scott S |
