Hey, we missed you down here. They gave us a great spot. They had room right in the middle of the pits. Sandy was looking for a small club with a type of car that a lot of people enjoy looking at. It was hot but it is a blast. Going back today.

I'm still dead in the water.... I removed the negative battery cable and hooked up my volt meter, and I can see that there's a draw, and I think I narrowed it down to the positive wire on the electric choke because when I removed it, all the draw went away. Problem is, with it removed, the idle ends up around 2k....What the hell else could go wrong......don't answer that. :)
Sounds like you guys are having a blast! I'll be wrenching and getting frustrated instead. Yay. :(

Is that wire off of the ignition switch so that is only on after the car is started? I don't use the electric choke. At most, pump the gas once and turn the key. Good luck Brent. Had a graat time down here. Wish you guys could have made it.

That turned out to be the problem. It was on a hot wire all the time. Wired it yesterday to only be on when the ignition is turned on. Duh. :(
