NWCC Canada Trip
Here are the plans for this years summer vacation drive.
Aug. 19th Sat. Depart Seattle arrive Kelowna B.C. Aug 20th Sun. Depart Penticton BC arrive Revelstoke BC Aug 21st Mon. Depart Revelstoke BC arrive Baniff SHOPPING Aug 22nd Tue. Baniff SHOPPING Aug 23rd Wed. Depart Baniff arrive in Nelson BC Aug 24th Thu. Depart Nelson arrive Levenworth SHOPPING Aug 25th Fri. Depart Levenworth arrive Seattle We will try and keep the milage under 300 miles a day and allow time for side trips and stops along the way, just like our last trip to Canada. Either drop a line here or you can email and let me know if you are interested in going. Jake, Jason and myself are trying to find us rooms so we will need to know how many rooms to get. Reservations have been made for Banff and Leavenworth. I am holding 10 rooms at each place. I will include the information later.

Reservations have been made for TEN rooms at the Best Western in Nelson. This is the same place we stayed at the last time we were in Nelson. Price is 125.10 CD. Having a hard time finding rooms in Penticton may have to go to Kelowna the first night.

Lodging at Banff and Leavenworth
Well, I have some good news and some bad news. The good news is that I have booked the rooms for Banff and Leavenworth. The bad news is that the rooms in Banff are on the expensive side. I did my best to find decent rooms at a decent rate and the bottom line is that Banff is a spendy tourist town and they jack their rates up. Anyway, I have reserved 10 rooms at both locations and it is the responsiblity of all that are going to call and make reservations under "Club Cobra." You will be given the group rate and get one of the saved rooms.
Leavenworth- Quality Inn and Suites 509-548-7992 (Thurs. Aug.24th) Group Confirmation code if needed is # 100176 Cost $79.95 Banff- Brewsters Mountain Lodge 1-888-762-2900 Ext. 506 (Mon.&Tues.
