Up Date on Sat. run to Allen Grants

I had a nice talk with Allen Grant at his shop in Sequim Wa. on Sat 07,07,07 For those of you who dont know Allen Grant he was a well know Team Shelby driver, drove at Lemans in 1965, and 1966 I my not have the year just right. Allen has two very nice Shelby race cars in his shop along with many nice racing items. Allen said he would show us the shop on are Hoods Canal run July 28 if he is home. I well check with him on the week of the 20th to see if his going to be there. On Aug 11, 10am to 3pm Allen is having a open house at his place and welcomes all Club Cobra menbers to come. I well not be able to go as I well be in Utah at the Salt Flats. As you come into Sequim North bound take frist exit I think its Wash. st, it is the old main drag, North about a half mile Grants name on sign right hand side Andy |
