Jake and All. Thank you for the invite to go with you on this trip. A great group of people and a good cause. I hope trip raised a lot of money for the cause. My problem was a defective hydraulic clutch cable fitting.

It was to bad that you had to turn back due to mechanical problems. The run was fun, the weather was great (if you had sunscreen) and the banquet dinner was fantastic. We raised $3,000 for the Chaplain's Fund. With the new Holley DP I got 23 mpg until Jake took the lead then it dropped to 20 mpg.:p |

Glad to see you made it home safe and the mechanical issue has been addressed. It was a great trip and my sun burn is just now starting to subside. What a scorcher! I refuse to mention my MPG because it reminds me of how much the trip cost me. |
