New stable mate for the Cobra!

I just traded off one of my cars for a 993 C2 Porsche. I have only put about 50 miles on it, but I love this car! Don't worry, no plans on selling the Cobra. There is no replacing the raw HP and exhaust note of the snake. Jake |
Looks nice Jake.
Congratulations. |
Very nice. With my SPF and '02 ZO6, I suppose your neighbors now hate you, too?!?
I had one guy around the corner stop me one time. He shouted "You are all our hero!" -Dean |
Nice ride Jake. That thing looks like it's going 100 mph just sitting there. Now you have the powerfull hum of the Porsche and the thunder of the Cobra. What mood goes with which car?

Looks great Jake. What did you get rid of? I just picked up a new stable mate for my Cobra and my 1960 Corvette. Another Corvette. A 1 owner fully documented 1965 from Southern Ca. Us boys and our toys.:D

Very nice Jim. I love the mid year Vettes and down the road could see having another one. I think I told you our 64 roadster was my wife's favorite car and I sold it to buy the Cobra. Ouch! Kim thinks the Porsche is hers now.

Nice Ride
Hi Jake,
I didn't see any red/blue lights on that baby to clear the way for some high speed runs:) Perry.:D |
Nice looking car. I can not quite make out the name of the car sales lot in the background of the pic.

Was it a straight across trade?
|
Dale, I was not able to make that deal. Although we were very close. After 4 weeks of going back and forth I think we both threw in the towel and made it work. Kim and I went out last night and she drove the car. She is convinced that it was made for her and she was all smiles as she ran through the gears! I think I am going to have problems keeping the low miles low. No second thoughts on this trade.

Jake, if you're not doing anything Sept 14, bring your 993 down to the Kirkland Concours. If you sign up ahead of time, you get to park in a separate area and a free ticket to the concours ($20). They're trying to get 100 Porsches together this year. If you're interested, shoot me an email. The Kirkland show is serious cool car overload.

Thanks, Rich I will check my schedule and get in touch if I can make the show. Also, here is some better pictures of the car.
