Fall cruise
Thanks to everyone to offered to help/jump/push/drive me or even offer encouragement after my cobra's battery died in Berea last Sunday.
It was great to see all the different Cobras in one spot, first time for me. With fall coming, would anyone be interested in getting a cruise going down in the metroparks... maybe end up at a pavillion for a cookout? Please advise, Thanks again! Dan, sounds like a good idea. Where? When? It is getting late in season and weather is always a factor.
Just took exhaust off car last night. I am building new set of side pipes with mufflers to quiet it down. May have everything back on as soon as this weekend. Jim Gallo |
fall cruise
Good morning Jim,
This saturday is out for me, unlikely on sunday... was shooting for maybe sunday, October 7th with a rain date of either October 13 or 14. Thinking a good place to meet is Emerald Necklace Marina, bottom of the hill off Detroit road in Rocky River, then shoot thru Berea, Strongsville, Brecksville to Bedford? Don't know the metroparks very well out in Bedford, but I could scope it out this week... maybe run this route backwards instead? I'm open to any other suggestions. Would like to meet up about noon, could get some friends to grab and hold a pavillion, wherever we decide to end up at. Also, looks like I'm going to Vegas mid October, will be visiting the Shelby factory again if anyone wants me to pick up t-shirts or something. Please advise, thanks Dan Stryffeler |
