OCC...it is time to become one

It is no secret that Fling III promises to be bigger, and hopefully better than 1 & 2 put together. I now have an honest to goodness project if you guys are still interested in helping. Frank, want to take charge of this? You have constantly been there for what ever we need, and have always followed up on it! I warn you ahead of time, this will take time, co-ordination, time, planning and contacting many different (local) business's. Did I mention time? I would think that 3 or 4 dedicated people can pull this off. I already have or will have full permission for this event, it just needs set up, organized and put into play. Rick, you can play too :) but I'm putting you back in charge with Public relations! DV....if your ready to roll up your sleeves and jump in with both feet ...let me know! |
More time than I have!
But I have already sent notes to a variety of people including some celebs, Hot Rod, the Car Crazy folks etc. No response as of yet. I will try to get NBC back on board this year and I will try harder to get WLVQ, QFM96 involved.
By the way, watched Monster Garage last night and Jegs donated a bunch of stuff for a build the where doing. How is the Jegs, Summit crusaide? Offer still stands to put together the itinerary, maps etc. Rick |
