Columbus Car Show--Aug. 31
Boys' Village (Where I work) is having a car show in Columbus on Aug. 31--
It's called "Cruisin for Kids"--- last year we had over 150 cars-- and raised over $5,000.00 for the kids. I would like to reserve a spot for the Ohio Cobra Club, so we can all park together---- How many of you would be interested in going?? Last year we had a good time, but we need more Cobra's to show up this year. Please respond on this posting---It sure would be nice if we could get together before the snow hits us. Thanks, Mike |

Cindy and I won't be able to make it. While we were on vacation in the Cumberland Gap mountains in Ky. Cindy fell and tore a ligiment in her knee. Kinda hard for her to get in and out of the cobra. I just don't feel right leaving her to defend for herself right now. Have Fun! Les p.s. hope the weather improves! |
Columbus:
Thinking about going down to Mikes event. Anyone else from NOCC going down. What about gathering somewhere from 11 to 11:30? Don't know if I can hang till 6:00 though. For sure I will have to blast back north by 6:00 at the latest. Get back, let me know. Jim |

I was thinking about leaving around 11:00am from my place in Wadsworth. You could stop by here, it's right off of 224/76 exit @ St. Rt. 94 Wadsworth. I don't know if anyone else is going for sure. Steve said he maybe going, but I haven't heard anything--- Dan whent down last year---and I don't know about Frank or his brother Bob. Mike |
Mike: The weather looks very suspect for Columbus today. I went to the Hour by Hour forcast for Columbus. RAIN!!!!!!! All day!!!!!! I'm afraid to say that I think I'm gonna bail on you. Sorry, but maybe the 14th like we were talking about, going on a nice cruise down to Columbus and back.
