Racing Stripe Dimensions
Can anyone provide the correct stripe spacing and width (taper or straight) for the 427 S/C? I have seen the ERA website, is this correct? :confused:

I just followed the Kirkham link above. They give a few dimensions, pictures and then add this:
A note on stripes: Obviously, this is not the only possible configuration of stripes. The more you study, the more you'll notice that the stripes (pit stripes included) on original race cars varied greatly. So feel free to be creative, and go with what you like. George |
