You're definitely right there Jeff! I have the entire set up; washers and stud I got from Nick and the hold down nut I got from Ron Leonard of AC Ace fame. He had it old stock.

No this one here is a concourse part with a smooth finish and a trace of the part line from the mold in the correct location and you can't beat the price.

The spare tire nut is a very nice reproduction. I believe that the photo of the part in the link you posted is of an original part as elsewhere in their ads they offer the complete assembly and the part is a little different (lacking the casting or mold line)....
