Front uprights
 
Does anyone know difference between 289 and427 front uprights is it just length? If so what are lengths?

Front uprights on a leaf spring car have angled trunnions that the spring bolts to. The spring acts as the top mount for upright as well as allowing it to turn to steer the car.

427 use a ball joint
289 use a trunnion
