CSX3042 stripe paint
Hi guys. I intend to duplicate the look of CSX3042. I know the paint is Sapphire Blue. But what about the white stripes. Looking for the correct white for the stripes. I know Wimbleton is not correct. I've searched everywhere. Anyone here know what shade of white is correct?
Thanks!!

I could ask Wayne as he painted 3042. He bought it with the gold stripes, then returned it to its original.
Think I remember right.

I heard the stripes were Arctic White. I think it was a GM fleet color.

Only passing along information given by former owner who had it painted.

Thanks everyone. I'm going with the GM Arctic White on my stripes to duplicate #3042. It's a little brighter white than Wimbleton and seems to look good with the Sapphire Blue.

Does anyone have the color code for Sapphire Blue since it seems that there is more than one code circulating the web? Perhaps there is a reference chart with the paint color codes?

Besides restarting a thread that has not been posted on in two years, and as the retired bodyshop owner still here, the reason why you find different color codes has to do with changes in the formula as well as changes to the supplier of the paint products.
As an example of Sapphire Blue
PPG/Ditzler Code: 13075
With this, you can go to your Sherwin Williams, Dupont, or ?? automotive paint supply store and they can then mix it using the product line of your choice.
Finally, do not expect paint spray out to match what you see on your computer screen, you must look at what you want up close and in person to get a real world, unmodified, unretouched, view of the actual color.
