Do original cobras have a R hand and L. hand seats or were they both the same? Thanks. Do the seats interchange side to side ? Thanks Brett.

They are the same right to left. Tha seat track are different for right and left (they are mirrors of each other. Also 289 seat are different tha 427 seats.

It was years ago but I had original 427 seats in my Cobra that I ordered from some place in England. They had COBRA stamped on the bottom and came in two colors. Black and Gray. I had the cover done over to match my white and red Cobra.

They are similar to DB Aston Martin, but longer and not chrome plated. So far I haven't been able to find another Brit car that uses this design, but there's a lot to check... I have the Bakelite knobs, but only one side of runners. |
