No. It's known what cars were S/Cs and which were not. The question is what options could have been ordered on a street car, and which were done after delivery.

Byots,

Unfortunately, it had Sunbursts. The Blue Dots were still on the front, and were in good shape. Of course there was one in the trunk too. But, the rears had been replaced with something a little larger. I don't remember what size they were, though. I do remember that they were nearly bald. So the first owners of the car went through at least to sets of rear tires in 8000 miles.

This reminds me of another thread I need to start. When the rear tires finally needed to be replaced, I bought two 9.5 inch magnesium Halibrands from Shelby. At the time I thought they were SC wheels, but they were not. The backspacing at 3.375 inches was just about perfect for the 12.30-15 Goodyears the I mounted on them. I'll have to start a new thread with a picture of the things, and let the Club members have a whack at identifying them. I'd give a significant part of my body to get my hands on a set of matching fronts.

Nothing has changed at Shelby. When I originally ordered CSX4795, I had ordered, a glove box & heater & no roll bar or hood scoop. I think you know what I had in mind.;)

Well, as things went and 'production problems' arose at Shelby, it was agreed by all that I would be lucky to get even a stock roller. So all options were deleted, and I did finally receive my car. She is a box stock 427sc!:)

P.S. The side pipes take a little getting used to, but I kind'a like them now!
