original radiator ID

I have a couple of radiators that came with my Ace that were purported to be original Cobra radiators. Does anyone know how to ID whether they are truly original? If they are not, I could definitely use the shelf space for other things.
Thanks,
Jay

I can't be much help with visual clues for the Ace radiator...but I can give some manufacturer data, pulled from the books:

The standard Ace used a Marston core, while the 2.6 Ace used a Gallay one.

As far as Cobras go, the 260 cars used the Gallay core from the Ace...then, it was changed over to the Corvette (Harrison) one for a bit. Finally, the McCord was used on most 289s.

Hope some of the CSX2000 fans can add to this.

Ron,
Thanks for the info on the manufacturers, I'll see if there are any IDs on them. I am familiar with the Ace radiators and these are not from an Ace. One of them looks very similar to (if not the same) to a '61 Corvette radiator, but I thought there was a subtle difference between the Corvette and Cobra versions so I was hoping there is a sure fire way to tell a Cobra one. As you said, hopefully someone will chime in with the secret decoder ring.
Jay
