Original Style Weatherstipping needed
I need to locate original style hood/trunk weatherstipping or something close to original. Does anyone have a reccomendation?

Sal, you can order it from Cobra restorers, I believe Finish line and several others. I assume you are talking about the 1/2 X1/8 or so sold in rolls. I don't believe it is sticky on one side (as it shouldn't be) & goes on with adhesive in a tube.Jbo

I think the stuff you are talking about I already have. I believe they had aa heavier hollow center type like you would find on a production car.

The original weather stripping was a solid piece with "Skin" on all four sides, and measured about 1/2" x 1/4". It wasn't hollow core. I just measured it on both cars, one still with it's original weather stripping, which doesn't look too hot!
