round racing windshields on comp cars

Hello

I've some questions about the round racing windshields!

Does one of you know, where the "old looking" round race windshields could be ordered today?
I'm looking forward to find one with the Aluminum based ( as I think there where used on the original comp cars as well!)
-> Not the finish line version without the Aluminum!

Regards from Switzerland

It should be easy to fabricate (or have made for you) the alum trim strip...and just marry that to the generic all-plastic one that's readily available.

Hello Ron

Many thanks for your answer and the great pictures.

Do you know if the windshield sold from Cobra Restorers (CP1366) has the right shape and size?

Or could you send me some size information of yours and I could check locally to have it done in Switzerland out of Lexan.

Regards
Alfredo
