Hood underside of CSX3000 series
Does anyone have any close up pictures of the underside of the hood and scoop of a competition or S/C car?
I am trying to determine how much "finish" or how much "weave" was displayed on the underside of the scoop. What research I have done, I can only find pictures of 2000 series cars and those appear to be aluminum scoops. Thanks Paul |
...one difference would be that there was no scoop on the CSX2000 cars (street, that is).

..just looked thru about 6 origs.... looks like they left the scoop underside raw and unfinished, unpainted...and paint everything else under the hood body color.
