Fran Kress had them at SAAC for sale.

If by Spats you mean vinyl/Leather covers? I made mine. Took a piece of fabric & layed it out in the car then estimated where to add & take. Once I had a pattern I transfered it to the Vinyl & sewed them up. Worked out pretty well.
Edited, Sorry my mind was reading rear fender instead of front...

Are you looking for the ally ones like on 2011 that skirt back from front fender opening? I can't remember if we straightened them out or made new ones.

I just had them made for my Kirkham '63 comp car. Don't even bother trying to buy them from anyone as a premade set. I bought a set from Kress so we would have a set as a starting point for a buck (you can see how rough they were in a picture in my gallery). They were not even close to my car or an original body CSX2000 car we tried them on, but they did fit on Kress' original car. They need to be custom made for your car to fit correctly. Be prepared to spend $2500-$3000 to get them right (again, because it will be a one-off custom job for someone). The Kirkhams do not make spats at this point. Just my 2 cents.
