Riviera Cobra Meeting St. Tropez France

Dear friends!

After our successful meeting last summer in Carinthia/Austria, something very important is going to happen.
The second weekend of May 2010 all important Cobras from Europe ( originals and replicas ) are going to meet in France.
For further details please write to me!

Maybe you always wanted to drive your snake on the footprints of Ken Miles and CS himselve in Europe. We would be very happy to welcome US participants- last summer we had friends from England, Poland, Denmark, Germany , France, Italy, Belgium and Austria participating.

Why not ship your snake to Europe to tour the continent the best way, - in a COBRA!

What a beautiful place. Hands down best drive in the world. I'm sure it will include Monaco and a must stop at Eze. Switch backs, chiseled tunnels, cliffs, women on scooters. I will be back! PCH on Steroids I say. Cannes, Nice, Menton......

Great Idea...show the Uropeans what American V8 power is...

I have only been to the French Riviera a couple times (once in '56 when I was too young to appreciate it), but I think it's high time some thundering Cobras roared along the coastline roads and showed Europeans who thought Ferraris and Lambos were the cat's pajamas what Cobras are all about.
Wish I could be there...

We were swimming in Cannes. When a group of Harleys went by. Pretty cool! Cannes has sand beaches, most are rocky.

Ever heard a French woman say, ooh la la. It's hot!

We would be really happy to welcome some cobras from the usa!!!!!!!11 Maybe you can organize a cheap transport to cherbourg by ship and spend some good time in Europe.
We all do speak English and can help you in every way, I believe this can become the biggest cobra meet outside of USA, my estimate: 150 Cobras!!

Hi all US Cobra fans. I was fortunate to attend the great meet at Millstatt organised earlier this year by our hero Thomas Lederer and who I know has already been encouraging you guys to ship your cars to Europe for the next gathering in St.Tropez.

I just wrote an article that covers this year's event in some detail and which I would like to share with you guys - do you have a club magazine over there and if so who is the editor. Let me know and I'll send him the details and the photos.

Thanks

Nigel B

My wife and myself were visiting Monte Carlo and we were strolling at the square and there were many Ferrari's and a Cobra cruised by and all eye's were on it!!!

David thanks - imagine what the impact will be 60/70 or even 80 of us turn up. You should come and join us!

Ralphy thanks and I'll take a look at the Blog and see how I can best incorporate the article I have written and the accompanying photos.

Best regards to you all over there

Nigel B
