Central Cal Cobra's Run to San Antonio Lake

I have started an informal group for Central Calif. Cobra's. We are planning our first trip that is tentativly scheduled for March 22. It will be a run to San Antonio Lake. Howard will be getting there early from Morro Bay and starting the Bar-B-Q and the rest of us from Nor Cal will meet in Salinas for a pack run to the lake. I am talking to the Parks office and we are working on a seperate area for all of us. The only charge is the park entrance fee, which i am trying to get discounted for us. We can do this as a Bring your own food and drinks or pool our money and buy a bunch of stuff that will be there when we get there. As I said we are trying to stay as informal as we can. For anyone south of the lake, you can meet in either Paso Robles or San Luis Obispo. We are trying to get to the lake as much before noon as possible , so we have some time to get to know each other. Anyone interested in joining us or just being on our contact list for other cruises and things, e-mail me at mikeykap@comcast.net I hope many of you will join us.
