Clarification, (not meaning to step on Whizco's toes) but the chassis pictured is for the car I build. It fits my body,(pic on request) which is slightly larger. I can fab a chassis to fit the Whizco body for those that are interested. (or Whiz, give me a E-mail if you want to work a deal) thanks, mr b

MrBruce, your not stepping on my toes! I was just answering questions that was directed toward me. It looks like you have a nice chassis. Can they be made with out the large cage around (strength wise?) I would rather have just the driver's roll bar behind the seat on the one we are building. It's not for competition, just for cruising around at the shows & events for publicity of our shop and Team Drag Car.

Count me in on a group purchase for one or two bodies. If anyone is interested I will be designing and fabricating a chassis which will be a scaled down version of an original. If anyone knows of windshield options let me know. I may even look into having some wheels cast to replicate halibrands.

I don't want to continue to bogart on Whiz's thread so I'll start another with details about my car.But ,Whiz, if you need some frames to go with your body, I can build anything you want, along with the ws frames ,gas caps, bumpers, etc. I warn you tho, all the little trinkits to turn it into a 'real" Cobra ain't gonna be cheap unless there is volume produced.

Dang, cruise around at shows! Heck I would love to take the 60HP version that Bruce makes and run it on a kart track!

If anyone is interrested in scale accessories for these cars please check my post on the subject - I'd rather not clutter this thread with the details...
