coil over shocks
looking for front coil overs in Ontario. 12 to 14" - 3" travel 302 motor so I'm thinking 450lb spring rate. Can make almost anything work. thanks.

I have a set of four AVO shocks with springs that came off of my SPF. The shocks have a little over 7000 miles on them with no leaks. The paint is scratched on one, however. I think the open length is 14.5, but I have no idea what the spring rate is. If you're interested, the price is $250.00 plus shipping.

Thanks for the reply, very interested in your shocks. I don't know what the exchange rate is right now, but I'm probably looking at about $900. cdn, Just kidding, I would definately like more info.
