428 184 tooth steel fly wheel...
I have a 428 externally balanced flywheel. It's in excellent condition with 2800 miled since it was surfaced. It comes with fasteners.

If, by external balance you mean the cast-in counterweight on the rear of the flywheel-----SOLD. Where do I send the money? My zip is 33990 for shipping $

yep the counter weight is cast in.
Indeed it is the same it came off a 1968 428. I will go weigh it now... Hang on.... 27 pounds. I looked for numbers on the casting it only has the following letters M UM LD and N
