Club Cobra - '65 289 blocks and more for sale

Well, I was hoping to build an ERA 289 replica but taxes changed all that. I think I'm paying for like 1/3 of the Iraq war. Anyway, I am now jettisoning all the parts I've accumulated.

what I have:

1.) A ready-to-go 289 block with the casting date of "5B18" which translates to Feb. 18, 1965. The casting # is: C5AE-6015E.
This block was professionally prepared by Wade at Al Hubbard Machine in Hayward, CA. It has been boiled and shot blasted, decked, bored and honed .030 over. The cam bearings are installed, as are new brass freeze plugs. Other than a slight bit of surface rust (the block has been INSIDE my house since the day it came back from Al Hubbard's but you know cast iron!) it is ready to assemble. Also included are: a 302 crankshaft, Speed-Pro forged pistons, Federal Mogul "Sealed Power" piston rings, Eagle SIR 5149 I-Beam connecting rods, Clevite 77 main and rod bearings, a Fel-Pro gasket set, a Centerforce flywheel, clutch and pressure plate and a Powerforce harmonic damper. The pistons/rods, damper, flywheel etc. have all been balanced. All of the parts mentioned here are BRAND NEW and still in the box.

2.) A "spare" 289 block. The casting date on this block is a bit hard to read (only the last digit can be read, which helps not at all) but the casting # is the same as the previous block. This block has not been boiled but the water jackets are clear and it should clean up pretty well. It has been "rough bored" to see if it was useable and Wade assured me it will come in at .030 over after a final bore and hone.

I figured I'd post this stuff here before going the Craigslist/ebay route, since I'd kind of like to see it go into a Cobra! How much? I've got a lot more into it, but Uncle Sam is gonna want his $$$s in April so how about $1650?
