Corvette engine 2001
I have a 2001 Corvette C5 long blk 18000 miles ready to go. It would make a great engine for a cobra. Crate motor list for 8000 , I,m asking 4500. rated at 350HP, change the cam to the z06 cam and its 405HP. I was going to use it in my Cobra.

Not to screw up anyone's sale, but there are a bunch of complete LS1 engines out there for under $3k. I sold the original engine out of my '98 'Vette with under 20K miles for $2K, and it was all there from injectors to oil pan.

This is the new alum. engine, not the old cast iron motor. This has all the new GM design improvements. Less intake and exhaust

These motors are becoming very popular in Australia, perhaps "Post" it over there. Someone will import it at the right cost if you can crate it and write the price down for duty..
Just a thought.
Check out: "Aussie Mike, P Neall, Boxhead etc. all who are using the LS1 as an option.
