428 cj for sale
I have a 428 cobrajet engine for sale ; it includes the following:
standard bore block, 10/10 fresh crank, cj rods but no pistons, s/s valves(new), fe manifold, harmonic balancer, nos flex plate, chrome holly fuel pump, cj heads, new crane valve springs and retainers, milodon deep sump pan , windage tray, crane cam,pent roof valve covers, anyone interested? what's it worth? |
Good CJ blocks are around $900. The IUB cranks $500. Heads C8OE-N $800-1200 maybe more as i've seen and if the date codes match. Also depends if ported, shaved etc... The balancer if CJ $100-150 if the rubber is good. Good C7AE-B rods $75-100. All the other bits close to what you paid if fairly new. So figure close to $3000 possibly. If the block and heads are date code matched possibly more to the right buyer. You might do better if parts sold seperate possibly. Ebay will by far bring the best money and advertising. JMO, G.
