ok im reposting this sorry because i couldnt find my original post i would also like some imput on the pricing thanks
427 sideoiler (C5AE-H)has been properly stored for about 30 years less then 10k on motor 427 std.bore short block assembly 427 std.forged steel crank (C5AZ-6303-C) 7000 RPM cap screw rods 12.5 O.E.M fomoco pistons crane flat tappet solid cam 310x533" fomoco (C4AE-6250-B) 324X500" fomoco (C8AX-6250-D) 330X600" crane hollow shell lifters new crane pushrods new 427 high riser heads (C4AE-6049-F) extra set exh valves new (C5AZ-6505-N) 8v high riser intake (C4AE-9425-F) 4v high riser intake (c4ae-9425-g) 8v med riser intake (C5AZ-9424-G) 8V tunnel wedge intake (C8AX-9425-A) matched set 600 holleys 715 cfm holley (2) fuel logs (2) dual quad oem linkage dual quad cast alum air cleaner (C5MY-9600-B) high riser adj rocker assmbley (1) set fomoco hardended washer head bolts (new) fomoco chrome valve covers (fair condition) m/t cast alum valve covers fomoco dual point dist. (C5AF-12127) mallory w/tach drive dual point dist. fomoco 11.5 hi-perf flywheel and zoom clutch assy fly wheel assembly (C5AZ-6375-P) fomoco hi volume oil pump (new) fomoco reverse sump oil pan and pickup tube r.c 2 part blowproof alum bellhousing as used on 427 thunder bolts toploader 4-speed wide ratio toploader 4-speed close ratio hurst comp plus t-handle shifter w/rev lock out misc top loader new gears (not sure of ratio's) *extra 1964 427 highriser forged steel crank needs to be cleaned up/surface rust on journals and slight pitting less then 10k on motor no rust in water jackets all machined sufaces not damaged no ridge in cylinders no bolt holes stripped or threads pulled out everything is like it came from the factory everything is standard size bore,crank,rods etc all parts rust free unless * notted this engine was bought by my uncle brand new from fomoco $14,000obo located in michigan my uncle told me that the one toploader trans was built by the guy who use to build dyno don nicholsons transmissons he has the original blueprint sheet from when it was built it has very low miles |

Posting some pictures usually helps alot. Perhaps parting it out and the individual prices will also help.

with 10,000 miles on it, figure $5-7K. I've got a gentleman here in NJ selling a completely rebuilt 427 center oiler, complete carb to pan for 7K with no mileage.....As for the rest of the parts, might I suggest EBAY.....

thanks for the input i may have to convince my uncle to try ebay i had a guy offer 10,000 for all it but my uncle said no thanks he thinks the way to do it is see in person what you are buying which is true but i told him not everybody lives in michigan

i do have some pics of this engine if someone could help me post them that would be great also i have somebody i have been talking to about this and he does have first dibs but i would like to post these pics to show that i do have what i say i have so nobody thinks im playing games and in case this deal does not go thru thanks alot club cobra for the space and thanks for everybodys input
