Are the lifters the shell type? Do you know which lifter matches each cam lobe? Let me know.

Hmmm...good question George. I got the stuff back from Keith Craft in boxes and don't know for sure if there's a way to match the lifters up to the cam. I will check as I haven't actually opened the lifter box excpt to see what was in it.

If I was looking at them, how would I tell if they were the "shell" type? Not familiar with that description. They were in the engine when I bought it so don't have all the details, but do have a stack of receipts from the original builder that I can scan through.
Thanks!

Shell lifters will look like an empty glass. The hole goes almost to the bottom of the lifter.

Doesn't appear that they are the shell type. The "cup" is only about 1/4" from the top edge of the lifter. Also, they are not marked for the cam so don't know which lobe each one goes to. However, they only have 6000 easy miles on them, but don't know if that matters. Push rods also look like new.
