427 side oiler

Engine is by Genesis, you can get complete specs at www.genesis427.com. Engine is still in crate. I paid 15,000.00. ERA went belly up and I have no cobra to put it in.

Rfinnin,

Ummm - I think you mean you cancelled your kit after it was started. ERA is still alive and kicking.

In cases like yours, when the kit is cancelled after the grace period, we try to sell the kit and return as much money as possible.

ERA 'belly up' really!

Tim Brewer 06-24-2006 08:07 AM

Even if ERA went "belly up" which I don't believe they did, they're not the only Cobra replica company on thr planet.

Cashburn 06-24-2006 08:18 AM

Which Genesis crate is it? Any more details could help. Willing to pickup.

Rick,

Two sides to every story, only one person telling the truth...ERA is very much still open for business, even had two other people on the phone with them this week to confirm. It is my understanding that you cancelled your order with ERA after the car was already in the paint booth, thus losing part if not all of deposit that you had with them. Sour grapes on your part. Shame on you for trying to drag anyone from CC in to your contract dispute. Also, shame on you for lying to us about them being out of business, and act almost bordering on slander. In the future, please do not take anyone but yourself for a fool.

...tough statement to make to a bunch of knowledgable guys here.

I will leave this "For Sale" thread here, if you really do need to get out from under it.

...but I will close it for discussion, for obvious reasons.
