Centre caps for wheels
I have a set of Halibrand knock ons and adapters on my car, but they dont have a centre cap as seen on a lot of cars. Some seem to have plain aluminium covers, and others AC centres.
What did the originals have? Where do you get either type? Cheers Bevan. |
Plain centers on the 427 & FIA cars (no caps on the rear) Original 289's had "Large 2 Eared" knock offs on spline drive hubs and wire wheels, and a few steel Dunlop wheels similar to some Jaguar applications.
The aluminum caps are available from Cobra Restorers and perhaps others. Rick |
