Need help in Illinois
Guys I need help,
I purchased a Midstates from Michagan. It was never titled. The MSO is in the old owners name, and I do have a bill of sale. I also have a Vehicle Safety Inspection sheet from NSRA. Illinois DMV won't let me title the car. They say I need to have the old owner title the car, then transfer it to me. Any one have any problems like this? Any easy way to title this car? I do have a call into Bob Kallio from Midstates to see if he can help. Thank you, Glen Bednarczyk |
I talked to the person at the State Police that live by me and he sent me to the Illinois Secretary of State WEB site. This person actually comes to your house and inspects and attaches VIN number.
