12 following amendment:

14 Senate Amendment
15 On page 2, lines 6 - 14, delete those lines
16
17 and insert:
18 (2) The model year and year of manufacture which the
19 body of a custom vehicle or street rod resembles is the model
20 year and year of manufacture listed on the certificate of
21 title, regardless of when the vehicle was actually
22 manufactured.

This is already in practice. CA of course will rip it up and redefine it, as will CT and other states that have a strict process.

Europe will love the title though :D

Please excuse my ignorance, but what does this mean? I am new to all of this.:o Is this saying that a new Cobra can be titled as a 1966?

It can be titled as a 1965 Shelby Cobra Replica (Custom Vehicle)
