Run N Gun Pictures from 2009
I know that most of us kept our camera's out of the rain but if anyone has any pictures of the Monsoon Fest RNG I would appreciate you sending me a couple so we can add them to our web site. Mark Earls is trying to finish our web site and get all the new 2010 information as well as some old info done all at the same time.
If you can forward any pictures to: mearls@sbcglobal.net and title your email 2009 RNG Pictures. This is a good way to get your car photo on our web page. :) Thanks, Clois |
I have a few, will get them to Mark this weekend.

Do you have anymore of the Grand sport corvette ?
If not for the love of my cobra, it would be in my garage. |
I second you on that one.

Mongoose won the overall championship again last year in the rain. Last years Run N Gun was as much about who had the biggest B_lls in the corners and straights. Aaron Quine of Mongoose Racing won the overall in his Corvette Grand Sport.
By the way Kevin, Give Gary Krause a call at Mongoose and he will gladly send you pictures of some of his Grand Sports. Their website is: Grand Sport Videos - GTP Photo Gallery - Grand Sport Specifications www.mongoosems.com Clois |
Yes & thank you guys. I'll look at the site and ask him for photo's.

Fastlane Classic Cars in St. Charles, MO has a Mongoose racer in inventory right now - ready to go - for 69K I think. It was on display last year at RNG.

I really need this Corvette Grand Sport but trying to convience wife is proving more dificult.

I agree Clois !
Hell, I can't even talk my wife into building a new alum. 482 engine, let alone another can which she call's, "BOYZ TOYZ". On mongoose's website, there's a blue #2 that gets me going but, it's a flash player and I can't save it as a photo. The youtube vids of the 502 engine and the red Vette are great. I would definitely buy the Mongoose over the so called, 2010 Grand Sport Chevy Corvette. |
Aaron Quine was just blistering the track at St. Louis two years ago in a blue Grand Sport with a crate LS 3 engine.
