MPH Hastings arrivals?
OK Gang....time to let George know when you might be arriving so I can get the Bacardi Bus organized to collect the first arrivals for preliminary party organization! You must have next-of-kin-available to get on the bus, sign a waiver and have a wristband on. Please bring your own flotation devices and seat belts!
First "NIGHT" tours of the track start Tuesday night...first stop Murphy's Wagon Wheel....2nd stop the Slammer then the Kitty's Roadhouse Bar. Then we are almost at the track....and will stop in the Guardrail Clubhouse and view the track map. At this point you are now qualified to take your first lap on the track in the BUS! your vehicles will come later. George you can reply here or directly to george@racemph.com PS you can sleep on the bus Tuesday night if you don't make it back to the hotel...kidding... as we will take you back and dump you off sometime prior to Midnight in the close vicinity of your Hotel! |
MPH Indoor Parking
For those of you driving in I do have some great Garage reservations available for overnight parking at the track. Please email your needs to George if you don't have an enclosed trailer.

BTW I have been to the Wagon Wheel and back in the 90's it was a pretty good time. I am sure Hastings has changed alot since the last time I was there.

Arrival Tues ~6 pm

I emailed George as he requested .. wondering if I should check in at Holiday first then go to the track to drop the trailer and join the initiation rites :confused: Leaving McKinney, TX Tue am around sixish .. 606 miles, so might be about 12 hours. But I've been able to do Gateway in that or less and it's a bit further. Sam |
Sam I will wave as I drive by Monday. I figured 13 hours not counting potty breaks. Nebraska is home for me so I am see my mom and some relatives. Cant wait.

I will be arriving sometime Tuesday evening. It's about 10 hours for me and we will leave around 8:30 in the morning.
