Run N Gun Historical As we gathered stuff for Run N Gun, I've gone through a lot of old magazines (pays to be a pack rat :p ) looking at its history. I am really impressed with the number of persons who have attended, many are familiar names to the cobra hobby. Take a look at the list - are you on it? or plan to be? This info came from articles in the kit car magazines.Run N Gun attendance It was interesting to see that Dick Smith attended and drove a few of the years. And to the guys that I know, some of the pictures are "interesting"! Paul |

Check out this video I just found from 2008 Southern Auto Classics. I hope he comes back. He was real fun to watch. Gateway is not the largest track, but it's technical. Turn #1 has a real pucker factor. |

Thanks Paul That list brings back a lot of great memories for me. Two names that I don't see are Steve Clement, Morris' brother who drove the car most of the time Robert Lightsey from Florida Car 502 Hunter car also co-driver of the 49 cobra that I campaigned for two years If I can think of more I will edit this post. Again thanks. Scott Lougheed raced an Excalibur Cobra in 2004. |
