Thinking of you all - stay safe

Hi all,

Just thought I would jump on site here and wish you all the best for the coming Run N Gun. Please all stay safe.

I still talk fondly about the many people whom I met at the Run N Gun.

Even those that introduced me to 'Moonshine" in jam jars.

I should say special thanks to George who swapped my jar for water on the second round.

Many still wonder, how I downed three and walked away..:3DSMILE:

I had organised air tickets and travel for this year. And a drive with Hershal across from Phoenix. Az. but had to cancel due to serious health problems at home.

Fortunately and thankfully all is good now, but it was alarming at first.

I'm a litle embarrassed telling you all that I was going to be there and then pull out of the event at the last minute.

Again, all is well here now and that's the most important thing.

Hershal is a regular attendee and as he said - mate stay home there's always next year.

All being good I'll see you all in 2008. As I said at the start stay safe and drive at 9/10ths....**)

It is a shame we won't get to see you this year but Hersh is right, there will be a next year. Maybe we can make you a video Thursday and Friday and post it to you tube. That would be just like being there, almost.

See ya next year!

trularin 09-23-2007 08:28 AM

Yeah, Bernie, when are you coming back to the States?

Let us know.

:D :D

ROUSHAC 09-23-2007 03:22 PM

Was looking forward to meeting you, Bernie. Sorry that you can't make it this year, but next year will be something to look forward to.

BMK 09-24-2007 10:00 PM

dlampe

That would be good.

Bernie

Trularin

I hope to get back after Christmas. Anne is good and feels a little embarrassed that she sort of 'threw a spanner' in my plans.

Hell I would drop what ever I had planned, if she needs me here.

Will see what is happening next year and come over. Maybe a few times to make up for being caught here this year..:3DSMILE:

Bernie,

I have been so busy fine tuning the Run and Gun necessities that I haven't had time to look at very many post. We are really going to miss your smilling face this year and hope that all is going well at home. I might see if I can snag a t-shirt and send it to you...I know someone that knows someone that might be able to get one for me.

Clois,

Thanks mate.

I did try to get air tickets at the last minute. Hershal and I spoke about it last week. But unfortunately, I could not get any as it's school holiday break here so there a lots of families travelling.

Tried 'Business' and '1st class' and they were also all gone/booked. Some passengers hiding from the kids in economy - mmm my thoughts too.

Again have fun

Cheers

Bernie
