Wow Dubbs that's great. Very few people will get to experience the feeling you'll get from that first drive. I see you have a tubular, backboned space frame. Excellent job and congratulations.

Very nice indeed. That is a lovely chassis, makes mine look agricultural.
The color and wheel look great on it. Enjoy the fruits of your labour. |
Things that Dubbs haven't mentioned...
Firstly I have to say, having seen this Cobra in person, it looks amazing when stationary and just totally wicked when on the move. This car has got a total tarmac hugging stance. Great feat Dubbs! Some unique features on this Cobra-
The body, as in the pictures, is only in gel coat. You might actually be able to get away with not having to have the car painted. The backbone chassis allows for under slung pipes even with the tar hugging ride height. The overiders/quick jacks are fully functional, allowing for the car to be jacked up on them. There is much more but the technical stuff went above me. |
Low profile !!!!!!!
Much like my car, I'm a low profile person, that being said I appreciate your kind words and compliments. Am presently shaking the car down and have come across a few glitches, which is to be expected, however, minor they are and we'll sort them all out and then hit the race track.
This is a must, for one needs to prove the 'mettle' of the car. Planning on doing such early next year and should all bode well, who knows, maybe we'll start making a car or two in the near future. Thanks again 'Q' |
