Body Buck
A while ago there was a discussion of a cad layout with stations that could be printed full size and joined via longerons set into notches... Pictures exist, so I know I'm not totally senile... At any rate could anyone please point me to someone who has the file and would please email it to me? I know it's crazy hard, but I have a vintage British chassis, and I can't bear to buy a body and cut and modify it. Thanks in advance, Chuck

I believe you're thinking about Ozgur Tan's (username Ozgur_Tan) project. Here is a link http://www.clubcobra.com/forums/scra...ide-fia-2.html.
To find all posts about CAD files for body bucks, go to Google advanced search. Enter all the words you want to search on like 'body buck CAD' and then enter 'clubcobra.com' in the URL box. It will pull up all the posts discussing it.

There is a site https://www.cgtrader.com/ where you can buy a cad file for $100. My window and kitchen cabinet maker cut a buck which we use for reference to make a body. It's not a Cobra though. Speak to your coach builder to define what spacing he needs between the bulkheads. You won't need a plank every inch if it's straight for a mile...
