new guy to club

I'm glad I joined in Club Cobra> I'v been reading the different threads in this forum, and found a wealth of knowledge is available here. some very interesting questions have been asked, that make me see that I need to address a few measurement checks on my frame before I move on. Thanks for starting this forum, and thanks for the information and questions that have been presented here.

Welcome Dennis. As a scratch builder, you are certainly taking "the road less travelled". How about some pix of the build?:)

To upload pix to your gallery:
1 - Click on the camera icon under your name.
2 - Click on "upload photos" (on the right).
3 - click "browse" select photos to select photos from your computer to upload to your gallery.
4 - select/click "Upload".
Voila. You have a pic in your gallery, which people can view by clicking on the camera icon under you name. Repeat for as many pix as you like.

Tip: you should ideally resize pix to 640 x 480 before uploading (although you can upload any size). Why 640x480? Well if you want to post a pic into a posting, this is an ideal image size.

Posting a pic directly into a posting:

1 - Double click on the pic from your gallery (to make it full size)
2 - right click & then copy the "UBB code" at the bottom of the picture.
The UBB code looks something like: [img]http://www.clubcobra.com/photopost/data/blahblahblah
3 - Paste into the message.
Voila the pic appears in the posting. Hit "Preview Post" before posting to be sure it looks like you think its going to.

So, get at it. Inquiring minds want to see....;)

Dennis - also notice at the bottom of a posting you can edit or delete your own posting if you wish...in case you make a duplicate posting...:MECOOL:
