Engine Mid-Plates ??
 
HI All,
Has anyone played around with the idea of designing a chassis using an engine mid-plate to assist in torsional rigidity ??

Just a thought...

Never played with the idea, but have used front and mid motor plates. You need 4 solid mounting points to gain torsional rigidity from the block. soft mount the tail housing.
