CSX4XXX IRS Answers needed!
I acquired a CSX4000 series and checking out the car and took it out for a quick spin and under acceleration the rear wanders or darts around. I did a quick search and read some about bushings and what not.
Surely its the IRS out of whack, what should I look for. Under coasting it tracked fine.
Thanks, Randy

If the car has Sumitomo tires. Get better tires!

I would check 4 wheel alignment first. That includes a good wrench on the wheels especially forward and back to see if the alignment is changing.

How about some alignment specs I have seen two and they are different.
Thanks!

If it's that squirrly, better check the rear axle nuts. One or both sides may have come loose. These are usually torqued to 250-270 lbs.
