I have a heater and I've since added heated seats. If I was building a new car today, I would get both again. In my opinion, the heater is well worth the relatively nominal cost. While not ideal, it's far from worthless.

The previous owner of my CSX4000 gave me a box with these parts, along with a glove box. He wrote on the box that fitting the heater unit requires installing the smaller glove box.

Looks like my specific unit has been discontinued, replaced by item 506101 in the Vintage Air link.

agreed!! This is why I am posting this, The CSX cars are cool for the VIN # and all that, and if built CORRECTLY worth a LOT more, but if you want a complete car to buy and "drop in a engine and transmission" buy an ERA or an SPF |
